At From Ben’s Garage, we’re committed to providing high-quality bikes at unbeatable prices. Because of our deeply discounted inventory, our return policy is a bit different than traditional retail.
Due to the nature of our pricing (over 50% off retail), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bike arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we’ll make it right.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair solution, or store credit depending on the situation.
Shipping Damage
All bikes are inspected before shipping. If damage occurs during transit:
- Please keep all original packaging
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- We may file a claim with the shipping carrier
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, including:
- Bike model
- Size
- Shipping address
We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
